1. Tristan Stubbs (SA) | DOB - August 14, 2000
Tristan Stubbs has been one of the exciting prospects in South African Cricket. He has been simply outstanding with the bat in the T20 circuit of late. In the CSA T20 challenge this year, the 22-year-old scored 293 runs in seven matches at a remarkable strike rate of 183.12.
Stubbs received an international call-up due to impressive performances in the shortest format. In the four innings for the Proteas so far, the wicket-keeper batter has struck at the rate of 216.36. He has shown that he could take even the top-bowling attacks to the cleaners.
Stubbs's batting prowess was on display in the recently concluded The Hundred competition where the youngster hit 157 runs in 9 innings at a strike rate of 146.72. His batting exploits have made him one of the sought-after cricketers in the T20 circuit. The most expensive player in SA20 will look to make it big at the T20 World Cup 2022.
