2. Alyssa Healy - INR 70 lakh
Alyssa Healy is one of those players who have made heads turn every time she has stepped into the cricket field. The 32-year-old has taken the attack to the opposition right from the get-go and provided Australia with crackling starts.
Healy has made 94 appearances for her national side in the 50-over format and amassed 2639 runs at a strike rate of 100.18. When it comes to the T20Is, the flamboyant cricketer has accumulated 2446 runs in 139 matches at a strike rate of 127.72.
Barring her batting might, the Queensland-born is lightning-quick behind the stumps and is considered a force to be reckoned with due to her brilliant glovework. A player of Healy’s caliber is an asset to any side and thus, she was expected to be in high demand at the auction. However, it was not the case and the wicketkeeper-batter was picked by UP Warriorz for INR 70 lakh.
