11. Jasprit Bumrah (India)
Jasprit Bumrah has now become the Virat Kohli of Indian bowling. With raw pace, smart variations, and pinpoint yorkers, Bumrah is currently one of the best death bowlers in the world. At the same time, his Test credentials haven’t gone unnoticed. In the past few months, since his Test debut in January this year, the right-arm pacer has scaled new heights in international cricket.
He has had a prosperous run in the year as the Gujarat bowler has been a part of 29 games for India thus far. In those many outings he accounted for 69 wickets at an average of 21.81 and a strike-rate of 41.40. He also has two 5-wicket hauls against his name in the year 2018.
Moreover, he is currently the numero uno bowler in the recent ICC ODI Rankings and is slowly climbing places in Test rankings. His ability to translate the same form across formats makes Bumrah the last name on this team sheet.
