Andhra Pradesh CM N Chandrababu Naidu reveals his pick between MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli

Indian cricket is filled to the brim with superstars. Over the years, Indian cricket has seen many stars blossom, from the likes of Kapil Dev to Sachin Tendulkar to Sunil Gavaskar, many have ruled the hearts of the fans for decades. The same is the case for the current generation with the likes of Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma and MS Dhoni.
With Dhoni having retired from international cricket and Kohli still going strong, the fanbase has been divided due to their respective IPL franchises. Kohli has been playing for Royal Challengers Bengaluru since 2008, while Dhoni has led Chennai Super Kings in the same span.
Recently, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, N.Chandrababu Naidu, took his pick between Kohli and Dhoni. In a clip going viral, he named Kohli over Dhoni as his choice.
“I always prefer Virat Kohli,” Naidu said.
India set to face New Zealand in second Test
Speaking of team India, they are currently involved in a three-game Test series against New Zealand. Both sides locked horns in the first Test at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. However, India got off to a horrid start as they were bundled out for a meagre 46 runs in the first innings.
They did comeback in the second innings, but it proved to be too late as the visitors managed to register a comfortable eight-wicket win. Both sides will meet up in Pune in the second Test from October 24. After a defeat in the first Test, India will hope for a better showing in the upcoming game as they aim to maintain their top spot in the WTC rankings.
