BCCI shares video of Rishabh Pant in Team India jersey ahead of T20 World Cup
BCCI shared a video of wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant in Team India jersey ahead of the marquee event.
After more than a year apart, India's wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant is back in the blue jersey. The handsome cricket player will play for his country again in the T20 World Cup 2024, which takes place next month.
On June 5 in New York, India will begin their campaign against Ireland. If Pant is selected in the starting XI ahead of Sanju Samson, the other wicketkeeper-batter in the team, it might be the Men in Blue's historic moment.
However, Pant gave his fans a sneak peek at his new appearance in the Indian shirt along with a heartfelt message before he returned to the pitch.
"Ready. Able. Determined! From adversity to triumph, #RishabhPant's journey to the ICC Men's T20 World Cup is a testament of resilience and determination. Stand Up for #TeamIndia with the swashbuckling wicket-keeper 5th June onwards, in #T20WorldCup," the post read.
