Pakistan's Test skipper Shan Masood has finally given a response to former PCB chairman Ramiz Raja's controversial questioning after Pakistan's recent series win over England. Despite the victory, Raja surprisingly confronted Masood about his previous string of losses as captain.
"There are two things that you will see. One is how to play on seaming conditions and the other thing is if it is a one-off. How did you achieve this, six losses in a row?" Raja had asked on-air after the third Test.
To this statement, Masood finally broke the silence and mentioned that he doesn't have any hard feelings against the former Pakistan batter and is fine with answering questions.
"There are no hard feelings from my side. I've always been an open book in front of the media and tried to conduct myself in the best possible way. People have every right to ask questions however they want. I want to give the best account of myself and for my character to be reflected the way I am. I'm good at taking constructive criticism and I'm also good at filtering stuff out," Masood told BBC Stumped.

The series victory came with significant changes in the Pakistani squad, including the notable absence of former captain Babar Azam. Addressing this change, Masood spoke highly of his predecessor.
"I think he's one of the best batsmen in the world. I'm nobody to [say he doesn't have] a future. He has every quality to be one of the greatest batsmen in Test cricket. He's always there or thereabouts in the rankings. Sometimes, people need a break," Masood added,
With the home season concluding, Men in Green's new challenge is their upcoming tour of Australia, where Babar has got his place back in the squad. Pakistan is on a white-ball series to Australia and is scheduled to play three ODIs and three T20Is.
