India and Netherlands are locking horns in Match 45 of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 on Sunday, November 12 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. After opting to bat first, India posted a massive score of 410/4 in their allotted 50 overs. In reply, the Netherlands were bundled out for 250 in 47.5 overs as India won the match by 160 runs.
During the second innings, a heated moment was also witnessed as star India batter Shreyas Iyer flipped out on the crowd following a missed opportunity. The video of the incident has been going viral all over social media where Iyer can be seen mincing a few words at a section of the crowd. The cricketer seemed unhappy with the comments being passed on from the fans.

In the first innings, Iyer registered his fourth ODI hundred as he played a magnificent knock of 128* off 94 smashing ten fours five sixes in his innings. He got involved in a massive 208-run stand for the third wicket with KL Rahul who scored the fastest hundred by an Indian in ODI World Cup history off just 62 balls. He went on to play a brilliant knock of 102 off 64 balls 11 fours and four sixes in his innings.

Later in the second innings, India bundled out Netherlands for 250 in 47.5 overs as Jasprit Bumrah (2/33 in nine overs), Mohammad Siraj (2/29, 6 overs), Kuldeep Yadav (2/41, 10 overs) and Ravindra Jadeja (2/49, 9 overs) picked two wickets each.

Apart from the usual bowlers, Indian batting superstars were also seen rolling their arm over during the game. Virat Kohli picked up his fifth ODI wicket as he dismissed Netherlands captain Scott Edwards getting him strangled down the leg side. Later in the innings, captain Rohit Sharma also picked up his ninth ODI wicket to dismiss Teja Nidamanuru (54 off 39) to bundle out Netherlands.
