The fourth day of the ongoing est between Pakistan and Bangladesh ended in favour of the visitors as Najmul Shanto and Co. look set to register a clean sweep against Pakistan. At stumps day 4, Bangladesh stood at 42 without any loss, needing another 143 runs to claim the series 2-0 after a 10-wicket win in the first Test at the same venue.

Pakistan head coach Jason Gillespie has been through a trial of a lifetime in just his first assignment. He acknowledged Bangladesh as "favourites:, however, he called for more discipline from his bowlers on the final day, stating that "we've already lost if we walk out there expecting to lose".

"Admittedly, the odds are probably in favour of Bangladesh, we don't shy away from that, but we've already lost if we walk out there expecting to lose. We took 6 for 26 in the first innings so we know that we can have an impact with the ball if we bowl really well,” Gillespie said.

Spoken to our bowlers about being ruthless, disciplined: Jason Gillespie

Bangladesh have been phenomenal in both the games of the series so far and are expected to maintain their performance. Ahead of day 5, Gillespie revealed that he has talked to his bowlers about being ruthless and disciplined.

"We've spoken to our bowlers about being ruthless, being disciplined and bowling with intent, and we just went away from our game plan and I've challenged the bowlers pretty strongly on that. We need to make sure that we're on each and every time, because Test cricket can get away from you. The opposition is very good and I'm not going to shy away from saying Bangladesh played well. No question. But I know that our bowlers can do better in that situation than what they showed and we just need to make sure that execution is absolutely bang on each and every time,” Gillespie said.
