Whenever I come to Bengaluru, I feel at home: Rajat Patidar

The atmosphere was abuzz with thrill as Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) supporters had a day of merriment and revelry to remember watching their cricketing heroes at the RCB Unbox. RCB skipper Rajat Patidar at the event thanked the audience.

Patidar, an Indore-born cricketer representing Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket, also drew parallels between the unboxing session and IPL matches, saying the fans gather almost the same numbers in IPL and unboxing event. 

"Wherever I come here in Banglore I feel as if I am at my second home, fans here always stay in my heart. The matches and unbox events are pretty much similar here because the numbers are the same in both events. we all know how fans support RCB, they see Banglore as their team and it is a very motivating thing for us." Rajat Patidar on RCB unbox events.

He also shared his goosebumps experience when he stepped on the stage and the entire stadium was chanting, he felt that it was a moment he would never forget

"It was a goosebumps moment for me as the fans were chanting in the ground it is unforgettable. I want your support and love I will do everything to make you (fans) happy." he added.

The action got underway with the open session by the team, and RCB's star player Virat Kohli was in scintillating form as he hit a series of huge blows over the boundary, leaving the sea of spectators at the Eden Gardens frolicking with joy. When the sun started to set over Bengaluru, the players fought it out in a set of light-hearted challenges that left the spectators on the edge of their seats.
