The preparations for the inaugural edition of the Women’s Premier League are in full swing as teams have begun unveiling their jerseys for the premier women’s T20 competition. After Mumbai Indians revealed their kit on February 25, the Gujarat Giants launched their outfit on February 26.

The Giants took to their Twitter and shared a video which shows their jersey design. “Presenting to you, our jersey for the inaugural @wplt20 season. The glorious jersey depicts the passion & enthusiasm of our lionesses who are set to give it their all in the first-ever season!" the tweet read.

The jersey is orange in colour with a lioness imprinted on the right, depicting the passion and enthusiasm of their players. The other striking detail is the name of Australian all-rounder Ashleigh Gardner imprinted on the back side, which could be a possible hint that Gardner will be leading the Giants in the inaugural season.
