West Indies (WI) are currently leading 2-0 in the three-match ODI series against Bangladesh (BAN). In the first game, Sherfane Rutherford’s sensational knock won them the game, while in the second, it was a complete team effort as Jayden Seales picked up four wickets with the ball and later, Brandon Kings and Evin Lewis stitched a partnership of 109 runs. They have been clinical and will be hoping to keep up with the momentum and whitewash Bangladesh.

The visitors, on the other hand, have a few areas that need to be addressed. Batting has been their biggest concern as they missed the service of Najmol Shanto and Mushfiqur Rahim. In their absence, Mahmudullah have done well but the top order needs to take more responsibility and one of the three needs to be consistent to help the team post a massive total on the board. Unless that happens, it’ll be difficult for the team to make a mark in international cricket.
