India A put themselves in a good position after end of Day 3

Coming into bat for the second time, India A seemingly got off to a decent start, as openers Pratham Singh and skipper  Mayank Agarwal put on a 35-run opening stand. Singh was the first wicket to fall from the India A quarter. Agarwal then joined forces with Tilak Varma to carry on the innings. However, the plan was foiled as the duo shared a 38-run stand. before they could convert their partnership into a big one, Varma walked back after scoring 19 runs. Later on, Anshul Kamboj finally got the wicket of India A skipper, who made a crucial contribution with a 34-run knock off 60 balls.

Thereafter, Riyan Parag and the first innings' centurion Shashwat Rawat then went to quickly put runs on the board at an impressive rate. From 94/3, the duo took the score to 199, putting up a solid 105-run partnership. Parag who scored a sublime 73, was the victim of Gaurav Yadav. Soon Rawat also found his way back to the pavilion after adding 53 runs to the tally. Meanwhile, Kumar Kushagra is still occupying the crease batting on 40* and has so far smashed four boundaries and one six. All-rounder Shams Mulani was already back in the dugout after adding a mere eight runs.
