India vs England, 3rd T20I: Stats Preview of Players' Records and Approaching Milestones
India are just one win away from sealing the series to their name.
After England kept the series alive with a convincing win in the third T20I, India will want to bounce back to winning ways and put a stamp on the series win in the ongoing five-match T20 series. The upcoming fourth match of the series will be held on Friday, January 31 at the MCA Stadium in Pune.
Notably, Pune hosted its first-ever international match in 2012, where MS Dhoni-led India had defeated Eoin Morgan-led England by five wickets, where Yuvraj Singh was the Player of the Match for his all-round performance of 38 runs and three wickets.

The third T20I also seemed to follow the same patterns as the first one as India won the toss, chose to bowl and got Phil Salt out in the powerplay. Ben Duckett responded aggressively in the powerplay but mellowed down in the middle amidst a collapse engineered by Varun Chakravarthy. Liam Livingstone then pulled England out of a rut to give the bowlers something to bowl at.
England's bowlers then produced a brilliant display to put India on the back foot with early wickets and restrictive bowling in the middle overs to put the target beyond India's reach. As the asking rate started climbing, India tried to make a go for it, but the hill was too steep and England will live to fight another day in the series.
