Sunrisers Hyderabad's skipper Pat Cummins is set to play his 50th IPL Match.
Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in match 41 of IPL 2024 at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad on Thursday, April 25, 2024. In the ongoing tournament, the Sunrisers Hyderabad have won five matches and lost two matches so far. They are currently in third place on the points table. Thus, the Sunrisers would like to continue their winning momentum.
On the other hand, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru have started the season slowly. They have won just one match and lost seven matches so far. They are currently in the bottom place on the points table. The Bengaluru-based franchise badly wants to win to gain momentum and keep its hopes alive to move to the next stage. Thus, Faf du Plessis' men would like to come back to their winning momentum in the tournament. Moreover, RCB would like to take revenge for the previous encounter between the two, where Pat Cummins' Hyderabad reigned supreme at M Chinnaswamy stadium in Bengaluru earlier.

Speaking about the last game of the Sunrisers, They started the innings with a bang, openers gave a blistering fantastic start, and Travis Head 89(32) played a magnificent innings which helped the Sunrisers to post a huge total on the board. Abhishek Sharma 48(12) who smashed from the first ball played a superb inning and gave good support to Head. In the end, Shahbaz Ahmed 59*(29) played a fantastic innings which pushed Sunrisers Hyderabad to post a huge total of 266. Speaking about the bowling of the Sunrisers, T Natarajan (4-1-19-4) bowled beautifully, which helped Pat Cummins' side win the game by a 67-run margin. His figures were outstanding in the huge scoring game. Nitish Kumar Reddy (2.1-0-17-2) who bowled superbly gave excellent support to the lefty pacer. Sunrisers will hope that all these will continue their good form.
Speaking about the last game of the Challengers, after the opener went early Will Jacks 55(32) and Rajat Patidar 52(23) both played magnificent innings which kept the Challengers in the game till the last ball of the match. These two stitched a fantastic partnership of 102 off just 55 deliveries where Challengers were in the winning moment and upper hand in the game. But Challengers lost these at the wrong time and lost four wickets including these two and two more early wickets in a span of two overs which was the turning point of the match. These two did not get support from other batters. Speaking about the bowling of the Challengers, Cameron Green (4-0-35-2) bowled beautifully and Karn Sharma (4-0-33-0) was economical but did not get wickets. Other bowlers could not support these two bowlers. Challengers will hope that all these will continue their good form and good support from other batters and bowlers as well.
