IPL 2024: Match 58, PBKS vs RCB: IPL Records & Stats at HPCA Stadium, Dharamsala

Punjab Kings (PBKS) will lock horns with Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in match 58 of the 17th edition of the IPL 2024 on Thursday, May 09, 2024, at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium, in Dharamsala. Punjab Kings will be playing their seventh and last match at home, while this will be the seventh and last match on the road for Royal Challengers Bengaluru.

In Response, Virat Kohli 77(49) played a fantastic knock, which helped them to cross over the victory line. Along with him, Dinesh Karthik 28*(10) played a magnificent finishing innings which helped RCB to finish the match without any panic. Thus, the Kings would like to take revenge for the previous encounter between these two held in M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru earlier.

The Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamsala has produced batting-friendly tracks where batters dominated. The average score of the venue is 179 in IPL history with the pitch remaining fairly the same across both innings. The batters have been able to maximize the short dimensions of the ground to score a mountain of runs. Whereas the bowling has struggled to contain runs and pick up wickets. But pacers, especially with new ball, can find some swing and take wickets in the powerplay.
