Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) will look to entertain fans in match number 10 of the ongoing edition of the IPL 2024 on Friday, March 29 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Both teams will clash again in the reverse fixture on Sunday, April 21 at the Eden Gardens Stadium, Kolkata.

The Faf du Plessis-led RCB began their 2024 campaign with disappointment as they lost against five-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) by a margin of six wickets. But they came back very strong against Punjab Kings (PBKS) beating them by four wickets in their second game of the season at home. 

Speaking about the last game of the Challengers, Virat Kohli 77(49) played a fantastic knock, which helped them to cross over the victory line. Along with him, Dinesh Karthik 28*(10) played a magnificent finishing innings which helped RCB to finish the match without any panic. Mahipal Lomror 17*(8) came as an Impact Player and really played an impactful knock. Speaking about the bowlers, Yash Dayal (4-0-23-1) and Mohammed Siraj (4-0-26-2) bowled a fantastic spell at Chinnaswamy which is always a difficult ground to bowlers. The Challengers will hope all these continue their good form.

On the other hand, Shreyas Iyer’s KKR also started off their season with a victory in a close game over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by a four-run margin at home. Knight Riders will be hoping to continue their winning momentum in the ongoing tournament. Knight Riders are playing their first away game in this edition.

Speaking about the first game of Knight Riders, Andre Russell 64*(25) played a blistering innings and helped them to post a huge total of 208. He was back to his best as earlier. Phil Salt also played a crucial innings of 54(40) which spells good for the Knight Riders. Ramandeep Singh 35(17) also played an impactful knock which also helped the KKR to set a good total. Speaking about the bowlers, Sunil Narine (4-0-19-1) bowled a game-changing spell in the match. He was economical as always and the Knight Riders will hope that all these continue their good form.
