England’s limited-overs batting once again came handy as they chased down Bangladesh’s total of 305/6 at ease by losing just 2 wickets and with 16 balls to spare in the Champions Trophy 2017 opener. Tamim Iqbal’s 128 and Mushfiqur Rahim’s 79 set Bangladesh up for a 300+ finish after a nervy start while Joe Root struck a century in the chase along with Alex Hales and Eoin Morgan who scored crucial fifties.
