DJ Bravo dances in front of Kieron Pollard after taking his catch
The incident was quite hilarious.
The Carribean cricketers are known to be some of the biggest entertainers of the game. Their on-field antics are truly entertaining and the fans enjoy them a lot. Many of the popular Carribean cricketers are playing in the ongoing Global T20 Canada.
With some great knocks and bowling spells, they are thoroughly entertaining the crowd. DJ Bravo was the skipper of Winnipeg Hawks in the league before he decided to pull out of the league some time back. He led the team in three games and did well in all of these games. The Winnipeg Hawks are currently placed at the top of the points table with two wins to their name. In the absence of DJ Bravo, David Warner will lead the side further in the tournament.
DJ Bravo mocks Kieron Pollard
In the 7th game of the tournament, the Winnipeg Hawks faced off the Montreal Tigers. In the first innings, they managed to put a total of 164 runs on the board for the loss of six wickets. DJ Bravo was one of the leading scorers for the team in the innings with 41 off 31 balls.
Chasing this target, the Tigers never seemed to be comfortable. They lost quite a few wickets early in the innings and continued to lose wickets from there on. In this situation, Kieron Pollard tried to take things under his control. He started off slowly and was trying to get as close as possible to the target.
However, after he scored 25 off 33 balls, he was dismissed by Fidel Edwards on his 34th ball. Edwards bowled a short of a length delivery and Pollard got into an awkward position trying to pull that one. He holed out to DJ Bravo who was fielding at the deep square-leg position. Pollard looked quite disappointed after the dismissal. Further, to add to his anguish, DJ Bravo started dancing right in front of him mocking his dismissal.
