Hardik Pandya shares a dominant wish for Jos Buttler on his birthday
His Mumbai teammate and prolific all-rounder Hardik Pandya wasted no time in wishing the power hitter a very Happy Birthday.
England middle order batsman Jos Buttler celebrates his 27th birthday today on September 8th. The 1990-born cricketer is an integral part of the current England squad and will take part in the limited over games against the West Indies. He played a crucial role in Mumbai Indians’ victorious campaign this year in the iconic 10th edition of the cash-rich Indian Premier League.
His Mumbai teammate and prolific all-rounder Hardik Pandya wasted no time in wishing the power hitter a very Happy Birthday. Hardik Pandya has not put a foot wrong ever since he broke into the Indian cricket team after a sensational show in the IPL earlier this year. The right handed cricketer took to his official Twitter account and stated that it was an honour for him to share the same dressing room with Buttler.
The boy from Baroda also wished him luck and hoped for his dominance over bowlers to continue in the future. In his message, Pandya wrote “An absolute treat to share the dressing room with you. To many more years of you dominating bowlers. Happy Birthday @josbuttler!”
Jos Buttler had a decent stint with the Mumbai Indians in the IPL this year with a score of 272 from the 10 matches he featured in. He played a rampant knock of 77 runs against the Kings XI Punjab which was his highest score in the tournament. On the other hand, Hardik and his brother Krunal had an incredible campaign in the blue Mumbai colours. Hardik made his entry into the national side following the completion of the IPL and also featured for India in the ICC Champions Trophy. His knock against the Pakistanis in the final of the mega ICC event will be remembered by Indian fans for a long time. Krunal Pandya also got a national call-up but for the India ‘A’ side.
