The one-dayers (to be played on September 16, 18 and 20) and the 3-day game (September 27-29) against India A will be played at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru where as the other three-day game will be played against defending Ranji Trophy champions, Karnataka, at Mysuru from September 22 to 24.
The tour is offering the Bangladeshi players a great opportunity to get some vital practice ahead of the 2 home Tests against Australia in October. The squad consists of most of the Test probables and they will look to impress the national selectors to stake a claim for a Test spot. Naming Mominul Haque as captain, the BCB has made its intentions clear that they are taking the upcoming tour seriously. India A are a quality side and any exposure against them will only give young Bangladeshi players valuable experience.
