The Afghanistan team has had a shaky start to their World Cup campaign. The team lost both the games it played thus far. That leaves you with only one option from this category. Going by the stats, Tom Latham is the first and only choice available. He scored 181 runs in the last five ODI matches, took 6 catches and affected one stumping.

Batsmen:

Since there is only one wicket-keeper in your Dream11 Fantasy team, there is flexibility in the other three departments. Ideally, it would be great if you stock your side up with five batsmen going by the stats. Martin Guptill, who’s got the best figures amongst all, should be the captain of your side. Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor could the other two picks from the New Zealand team. From Afghanistan, you can pick Rahmat Shah who has the best stats in the last five ODIs. Najibullah has shown signs of good form and also bowls a bit. He can be your fifth pick.

All Rounders:

You can go with two Afghanistan all-rounders in your team. Mohammad Nabi, who has scored 149 runs and picked 6 wickets in the last five outings can be the vice-captain of your side.
