This series won’t be telecast or streamed due to conflicting with the Ranji Trophy semi-final that began on 24th January.

Since the start of 2018, Ishan has been a part of the Deodhar Trophy, ‘A’ team Quadrangular series and India A’s tour of England and New Zealand. Despite not opening the batting regularly, which is his strength, Kishan has produced decent numbers. He has scored 570 runs at an average of 47.5 from 15 innings with four fifties and a century. In another six innings, Ishan had scores between 21 and 49.

Captain and Vice-Captain Selection:

Shreyas Iyer and Sam Hain will be ideal as captain and vice-captain, given their batting position. The likes of Sam Billings, Hanuma Vihari and Ajinkya Rahane are expected to have decent returns from this game. Ruturaj Gaekwad is a captain material given his List A record but his chances of featuring in the match remain 50-50. Lewis Gregory and Ishan Kishan can be picked as vice-captain.
