Indian cricket team set to watch Sachin Tendulkar's biopic together

Sachin Tendulkar looks all set to open a new chapter of his life when his film “Sachin: A Billion dreams” hits the big screen on Friday. The film takes a deeper and detailed look into the man’s incredible journey as a cricketer and the phenomenon he has been. The legendary Sachin Tendulkar is the third cricketer to release his biopic after the controversial but highly talented Mohammad Azharuddin and three-time ICC event winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni.

While Sachin Tendulkar will be eager to see the response his film grabs, the Indian team will gather together to witness the special screening of the film. The special screening will be held in Versova, on Wednesday according to the producer, Ravi Bagchandka.

Sachin Tendulkar also carried a special screening of his film for the armed forces earlier this month, which won a million hearts across the country.

The film revolves around the colossal career of the little man where he stepped in as a 16-year-old and went to break records after records to be termed as arguably “the best cricketer the world has ever seen”.

Apart from the might of Sachin Tendulkar as a cricketer, the film will take the audience through his personal life and how he plays the role of a family man away from the 22 yards.

Introduced by Emmy-nominated James Erskine, “Sachin: A Billion Dreams” will be a treat to watch for cricket fans all around the globe. The movie tickets will not include tax in the states of Kerala, Maharashtra, and Chattisgarh.
