20. Manish Pandey- Rs 50 lakhs

Middle-order batsman Manish Pandey is very much in the thick of things for India. He has always grabbed the opportunities with both hands and continues to feature in the Indian team across both ODI and T20I formats. With India setting a sight at the 2019 World Cup, Pandey, who is one of the fittest players in the side, will get a longer rope to prove his mettle.

21. Axar Patel- Rs 50 lakhs

Spinner Axar Patel has been on and off in the international circuit. Patel hasn’t been able to seal his spot just yet but he is definitely in the pool of cricketers, which the Indian team management has built over the years. He currently holds a Grade C contract with the Indian side, and with so much cricket coming up, he is likely to get more games and prove his all-round skills at the highest level.

22. Karun Nair- Rs 50 lakhs

Best known for his triple hundred against England in Chennai, Karun Nair is only the third cricketer in the history to convert his maiden hundred into a 300. But Nair has faded with times. He has only managed 374 runs in total from 6 Test matches and has failed to click in ODIs too. Currently, he is a part of the India A team which suggests he is in the scheme of things as far as the team management is concerned. Nair will look to grind it out in the A circuit along with domestic cricket and get back into the national team.
