India's Predicted XI for the T20I series vs Bangladesh
Rohit Sharma will be leading a relatively inexperienced bunch of players.
Khaleel Ahmed
Khaleel Ahmed hasn’t had outstanding outing in the T20 format for India thus far. But the left-arm speedster has done enough to stay in the radar of the national selectors. The 21-year-old has gone wicketless in only three of the 11 matches he has played in T20Is.
In his career, which started on November 2018, Khaleel has 11 wickets with best figures of 2/27 versus New Zealand in Auckland. The Rajasthan-born can leak runs at times, having conceded over 40 runs on three instances. Overall, Khaleel has an economy of 8.77.
He played India’s first two T20Is after the World Cup against the West Indies in Florida, but then didn’t get a chance. The Men in Blue have quite a few T20Is scheduled in the lead up to the T20 World Cup and Khaleel won’t want to drop his guard.
