Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), currently placed third in points table, will battle it out with the bottom placed Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). RCB has had an excellent season. They have played as a team, but while their bowling has done extremely well, with everyone taking responsibility, they will want the batsmen to step up more.

Their openers have done decently, but are yet to win a game on their own, and their middle order is yet to be tested. They will want the bowlers to continue their stellar performance, and will look to avenge the massive defeat they suffered at the hands of KXIP earlier this season.

KXIP, after a good start, have fared poorly in last few games. Apart from their openers, nobody has really been able to do much. Their bowling too, has lacked options and has seemed one dimensional. They will be hoping for Chris Gayle to be fit. However, even after his inclusion, their bowling is likely to suffer, They will need their bowlers to have an excellent day, if they have to try and restrict RCB’s batsmen.

Here are 3 players you can exclude from your Dream11 team for RCB vs KXIP game:

1. Aaron Finch (9 credits)

We gave Aaron Finch as an option for a multiplier last time around. While he got 47 off 37, he still didn’t seem to be in his groove. He has struggled to time the ball, and the fact that his SR wasn’t impressive even in Sharjah, goes to show he is lacking form big time. This game has way too many top-order batsmen, who have done exceedingly well. Hence, while Finch didn’t do too badly last game, considering the options we have, it would be better to leave him out.

2. Mujeeb Ur Rahman (8.5 credits)

Mujeeb has had a terrible couple of games this year. He was brought in recently but has had no impact whatsoever. He hasn’t picked a single wicket in 2 games and has given away 83 runs. RCB will take a liking to his bowling. He hasn’t been able to extract any sort of spin at all. He has been very predictable and taking him in Sharjah will be an unnecessary risk. Hence, it is better to leave him out.

3. Navdeep Saini (8.5 credits)

Saini bowled well in the last game at Sharjah, picking one wicket for just 17 runs. But all through the IPL, he hasn’t been much effective in picking wickets. He has bowled well, no doubt, but in fantasy cricket you get points for wickets. He has been able get only 4 scalps in 7 games. If Chris Gayle plays, he could take an instant liking to Saini’s pace. The pitch of Sharjah isn’t conducive for pacers and it would be sensible to leave him out.
