IPL 2021: Virat Kohli's ardent fan worships the skipper with a lighted camphor in hand
A video has surfaced online, where a fan is seen expressing his love for his idol, Virat Kohli.
Cricket is a sport that has a massive following in India. And, several Indian cricketers are adored and venerated by the masses. There have been occasions when fans have come onto the pitch and fallen at the feet of Sachin Tendulkar to get the ‘blessings’ of the ‘God of cricket’.
A fan recently even painted his entire house yellow, to show his love for Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni. Well, another video has surfaced online, where a fan is seen expressing his love for his idol, Virat Kohli.
The fan is seen having a lighted camphor in his hand, and a video of Virat Kohli speaking is displayed on his television set. The fan is offering the camphor to his cricketing idol.

Virat Kohli has been in good form in IPL 2021
Virat Kohli has experienced a good run with the bat in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The right-handed batting maestro is currently the 10th highest run-scorer in the tournament and has amassed 362 runs in 13 innings at an average of 30.17.
Kohli has also scored 3 fifties in the 14th season of the IPL. The 32-year-old is the most prolific run-scorer in IPL history and is the only batsman to have scored over 6000 (6240) runs in the Indian T20 league. Kohli has also plundered 5 centuries and 42 half-centuries in IPL cricket.
Virat Kohli has also led the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) side in admirable fashion this year, and the RCB side has already qualified for the playoffs stages of IPL 2021, having won 8 out of the 13 matches that it has played thus far. Kohli also announced that he will be stepping down as the RCB skipper after the conclusion of IPL 2021.
Virat Kohli is also the highest run-scorer in T20I cricket as well and has scored 3159 runs at an average of 52.65. He has scored 28 half-centuries in T20Is. Kohli will next be seen in action on the field on 8th October 2021, when he leads the RCB side against the Delhi Capitals (DC) in Dubai.
