Karachi Kings vs Peshawar Zalmi Head to Head record in PSL history

Both Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi have won the PSL title once in the past as both lock horns for the first time in PSL 2022 on February 4 at the National Stadium in Karachi. Of both the teams, Peshawar Zalmi is the most consistent side over the years as they have been the runners-up thrice. Karachi made it to the final just once and won it in the year 2020. Peshawar were the winners in the year 2017 when they defeated Quetta Gladiators in the summit clash. The occasion was the Eliminator 1 of the last PSL held in 2021 in UAE when both these teams clashed with each other. Karachi Kings batted first and scored 175/7 courtesy fifty from skipper Babar Azam. Seven wickets were shared amongst the pacers as Peshawar was set a stiff target. In reply, Hazratullah Zazai made a blistering 77 off 38 deliveries and Shoaib Malik scored 30 to seal the victory by five wickets.
