Hardik Pandya has turned around his year superbly. It began with him getting involved controversially in a talk show Koffee with Karan for making misogynistic comments and was suspended by the BCCI pending inquiry. He was also sent back from Australia before the ODI series began and things started to look uncertain for the all-rounder. But as time passed, he shrugged off the incident and let his performances talk.

He is currently involved in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) for the Mumbai Indians (MI) and is doing extremely well. His name has more often than not linked with the Bollywood actresses. He was reportedly dating Urvashi Rautela and then Elli Avrram and was also spotted with her at the airport occasionally. This time around he is in the news for clicking a picture with the famous Television actress Krystal D’Souza.

Hardik and Krystle seemed to be the best friends as the latter posted their picture on her official Instagram handle enjoying each other’s company. However, she captioned the picture by calling the cricketer ‘brother’ which attracted the attention. “Mere Bhai Jaisa Koi Hard ich Nahi Hai… #brotherfromanothermother,” the caption read.

Here’s the post:

Trolling comments

While Hardik Pandya has been linked with many actresses before and the caption raised a few eyebrows as the social media gimmicks noted that Krystle D’Souza had to mention ‘brother’ in the post to clear any doubts. Many trolled her for the caption while also putting light on Pandya’s past.

As far as Hardik’s ongoing IPL is concerned, he has been magnificent for his team so far ripping apart the opposition bowlers. He is the second highest run-getter for MI scoring 373 runs in 13 innings at an average of 46.62 and an exceptional strike-rate of 197.35. He will also be crucial for India in the upcoming World Cup which is set to commence on May 30.
