Amid these trying times, the majority of cricketers are spotted spending their quarantine time be either interacting with fans or conducting Question & Answer sessions on Twitter. Meanwhile, former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen has also been quite active on social media. The English batsman has interacted with several cricketers in recent times including the likes of Rohit Sharma, Dale Steyn and Ahmed Shehzad.

And his new guest on Instagram live was none other than Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Pietersen asked Kohli a lot of questions including how the the Indian captain is spending his quarantine time. India is currently under a 21-day lockdown after the announcement by PM Narendra Modi and all the citizens are told to abide by self-isolation.

Reflecting on the current lockdown, Kohli said to Pietersen that it’s been the longest that he has spent time with wife Anushka Sharma. After tying the knot in December 2017, the couple has always been in the spotlight for some news or the other.

“Longest Anushka and I have spent together since we got married,” said Kohli regarding the 21-day lockdown. “We are in isolation every day,” added the Indian skipper on Indian cricketers’ lives during the tight cricketing schedule.

Amid their quarantine time, the star couple has been hogging headlines due to their recent activities on the social media. Recently, the couple had also shared a clip where Anushka was seen cutting Kohli’s hair amid the lockdown situation.

Meanwhile, at a time when the whole world is battling against the coronavirus pandemic, Virat and Anushka have also contributed in the battle by donating an undisclosed amount to PM Cares Relief Fund. And if the sources are to be believed, the power couple had jointly donated Rs 3 crore for the noble cause.
