MS Dhoni to sell the vegetables grown in his farmhouse in Dubai
It is reported that the preparations for the consignment of vegetables grown in Dhoni's farmhouse to Dubai and the negotiations are in the final stage.
Former Indian captain MS Dhoni is all set to venture into a new business of selling the vegetables grown in his farmhouse in the markets of Dubai. The former wicketkeeper-batsman is fond of Organic Farming and thus fruits and vegetables like strawberries, cabbage, tomatoes, broccoli, peas, hock, and papaya are extensively cultivated in about 10 acres of Dhoni’s 43-acre farmhouse located at Ring Road in Sembo village.
It is reported that the preparations for the consignment of vegetables grown in Dhoni’s farmhouse to Dubai and the negotiations are in the final stage. Also, the Agriculture Department of Jharkhand, which was responsible for the whole procedure of sending the vegetables grown at Dhoni’s farms abroad, has recruited All Season Farm Fresh agency for doing the job. The Agriculture Department has previously worked with the agency many times for selling the Jharkhand vegetables and fruits in the Gulf Countries.
As per India Today, the head of the marketing committee Abhishek Anand revealed that the Jharkhand government is working on a new project where MS Dhoni is the brand and they intend to sell the vegetables and fruits grown by the local farmers in the name of the former Indian captain. The government believes that associating MS with this market will help the farmers as they will be easily able to sell their cultivated products abroad.
MS Dhoni is spending time with family in Dubai
Dubai holds a special place in the life of MS Dhoni as he is often spotted spending time with his friends and family there. After the conclusion of the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL), MS along with his family and close ones had flown to Dubai to spend some quality time and ring in Christmas and New Year 2021.
Several pictures of Dhoni partying with his wife Sakshi and daughter Ziva Dhoni had gone viral on social media. The power couple had also hosted the newly-weds Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal and his wife Dhanashree Verma for a dinner in Dubai.
As far as Dhoni’s comeback in cricket is concerned, he is most likely to feature in the 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League. There were speculations of the veteran cricketer playing the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy but he has decided to play in IPL only.
