Navdeep Saini flaunts his perfect physique in a new workout video
As he cannot go out for open training he is working hard in the gym.
Since the day Virat Kohli has started leading the Indian team, the fitness level of the cricketers have improved a lot. You can often see the captain, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul flaunting their lean physique on social media. But as the lockdown began in March and cricketers were stuck at home without regular activities, maintaining the fitness was a concern. Still, we can see the players posting their workout session videos on Instagram and challenging each other for fun.
The new name added to the list of fitness freak cricketers is Navdeep Saini. The new Indian fast bowling sensation is known for bowling quick and his performance in recent times was appreciated a lot. The Delhi lad keeps his fans posted with his workout routine on social media. His recent muscular physique stunned everyone which tells us that the lockdown didn’t affect his fitness level at all.
All progress takes place outside the comfort zone: Navdeep Saini
The 27-year-old posted a new video of himself on social media on Thursday in which he displayed his lean physique with ripped abs. The pacer captioned the video as “All progress takes place outside the comfort zone”. Well after looking at the video we can surely say he has been really working hard outside his comfort zone. As he cannot go out for open training he is working hard in the gym.
Saini, who has played 5 ODIs and 9 T20Is for India has worked a lot on his fitness in recent years, and from the last few series, he has been a consistent part of the Indian squad. He played 4 limited-overs matches in New Zealand but did not get a chance during the Tests. He plays from the same franchise in the IPL as captain Virat Kohli. Royal Challengers Bangalore bought him in 2018 for 3 crores.
The fast bowler has not played a competitive match since February this year and with him still taking baby steps in international cricket, how he performs in the IPL will be very crucial. IPL will kick off from 19th September in UAE as BCCI confirmed. The Royal Challengers might be without their strike bowlers Dale Steyn and Chris Morris during the initial days due to travel restrictions. The pacer has got a golden chance with him to prove how good he can be in the shortest format.
