'Only cricketer to yawn in all three formats of the game' - Sarfaraz Ahmed becomes a meme material yet again
Sarfaraz Ahmed was once again caught yawning during the 2nd T20I against England.
No cricket fan can forget the visuals of Pakistan’s wicketkeeper-batsman Sarfaraz Ahmed yawning behind the stumps during the match against India in the World Cup last year. The then skipper was subjected to a lot of trolls and memes on social media for that particular incident.
Just after an year to that incident, the social media again got flooded with the trolls for Sarfaraz as he was yet again seen yawning while sitting in the dugout during the second T20 International of the three-match T20 series against England in Manchester. Pakistan is currently on England tour facing the hosts in T20Is.
However, earlier they lost the three-match Test series by 1-0. The Men in Green had started the series on a good note as they had dominated the large part of the first Test match played from August 5 to August 9 at Manchester. However, they couldn’t capitalize on their 107-run lead after the first innings and the hosts tasted victory by 3 wickets. The second and third games were majorly washed away by the rain and they resulted in a draw.
Pakistan are now lagging behind in the three-match T20I series by 1-0 after their loss by 5 wickets during the second T20 International in Manchester. The first T20I was washed away by rain while England clinched the second match as they easily chased the target of 196 owing to the brilliant knock of 66 runs by Eoin Morgan and 54 not out by Dawid Malan.

Though Sarfaraz Ahmed was included in the Pakistan squad, he has not been given a chance in the playing XI till now. The former captain has been sitting outside the field and was also seen performing the water duties for which the Pakistan management was criticised.
During the third and final Test match while England was playing its first innings, the visuals of Ahmed yawning had gotten circulated on social media. Yet again, the cricketer was seen battling with his sleep during the second T20I at Manchester. Thus, he is being trolled mercilessly on Twitter as the only cricketer to have yawned in all the three formats of the game.
