Twitter has always been an exciting platform whether one likes it or not. When it comes to cricket, the players use Twitter to express their thoughts and feelings on many issues. Friendly banters among the players are common too and cricket lovers are more often than not, left entertained by it.

Yuzvendra Chahal and Ritika Sajdeh’s comical and sweet Twitter banters involving Rohit Sharma have been going on for a while now. For some reason, they are always interesting as on one end, we have the young leggie who made his IPL debut under Rohit Sharma and on the other hand, it’s the Hitman’s wife.

On November 14th, Chahal finally posted a picture of the three on Instagram with a caption that read, “Happy Children’s Day ???? #finallyonepictogther any comment on this bhabhi @ritssajdeh ????????.”

Here is Chahal’s post

Camaraderie between the trio

The friendly banter involving the young Leggie and Ritika has become so popular that even the fans were eager to see who would react first when Rohit Sharma struck his fourth T20I ton. Chahal and Rohit Sharma are good friends off the field and ever since making his debut in the IPL, Chahal hasn’t looked back and he has continued to grow as a cricketer.

On February 2nd, Ritika and Chahal were involved in yet another hilarious banter in the comment section of Rohit Sharma’s post on Instagram. In the photograph, one could see Rohit taking a breather from the net session and lying down on the field with Chahal and Shardul Thakur. The caption read as, “Taking a breather after a good training session @yuzi_chahal23 @shardul_thakur”.

Yuzvendra Chahal replied on the photo, tagged Rohit Sharma s wife Ritika Sajdeh and asked, “Bhabhi jealous?” @ritssajdeh. “Ritika Sajdeh is not someone to bow down” and she replied in a sporting manner, @yuzi_chahal23: “Hahaha you read my mind”. Yuzvendra Chahal then replied like a good brother, “Its ok Bhabhi, just one month I will take (care) of bhaiya till den”.

Banters like these are always engaging and provide some good entertainment for the fans off the field. However, the players should not forget to take it in a friendly way and the relationship shared between Rohit and Chahal serves as an example to everyone.

The Indian team will now be heading to Australia for their next assignment when they take on the hosts in a T20I series which gets underway on November 21st.
