Sachin Tendulkar welcomes Colin Munro on board
The app was launched in March last year.
New Zealand opener Colin Munro has become the first international player to get associated with Sachin Tendulkar‘s mobile application ‘100 MB’. He is one of the swashbuckling players going around in the World cricket currently and is the only player to have scored three T20 International centuries. Also, his all-round ability has given the much-needed balance to the Kiwi team. However, Sachin Tendulkar has welcomed him and is glad to have him on board for his application.
The app completely dedicated to the master blaster was launched in March last year. Sachin Tendulkar was delighted after signing Colin Munro for his app ‘100 MB’. He took to Twitter to welcome him and expressed his happiness over the same.
“@manuz05, it’s great to have you on board. Welcome to @100MasterBlastr app!” tweeted Tendulkar in reply to the tweet of the official Twitter handle of the application which had welcomed its first international sign up.
What is 100 MB?
100 MB is nothing but a way for the fans to get closer to their superstar and ‘God of Cricket’ Sachin Tendulkar. The app is conceptualised and developed by JetSynthesys and has been envisioned by Sachin himself. All the social media updates of the former Indian cricketer are available through the application. It also features live chat and discussions on cricket along with a fan wall where users can share their thoughts with the man himself and the community as well.
The app also includes an interesting feature ‘Player-verified news stories’ which gives the users access to the news stories of some of the great cricketing icons. “Many of you and my friends have asked me what are you going to do in your second innings of life. The first innings went on for 24 years. There are number of things which I am involved in, but something which I am looking forward to starting soon, in fact now, is the digital innings,” Sachin had said during the launch of the app.
