Former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar is revered as one of the greatest of the game of cricket. And when one receives praises from the ‘little master’, it is a testimonial that even that person is a special talent. Recently, Sachin took to micro-blogging site Twitter to name one of the most sincere, discipline, and hardworking cricketer he has ever come across in his cricketing life.

The player in the frame is none other than Ajinkya Rahane. Rahane turned 30 on June 6 this year. He received the good wishes from all corners of the cricket world on his special day. Even his wife took to the social media platform to share a special wish for him. And now, Rahane has received a very heartwarming wish from the master himself, Sachin Tendulkar.

Sachin and Ajinkya have played the game together for a brief while. Rahane shared the dressing room with Sachin in the Mumbai team in domestic cricket and in the Indian team as well. Rahane was the rising star of Mumbai cricket when Sachin used to feature in one odd Ranji Trophy games amidst his busy international schedule. It was under the watchful eyes of Sachin that Rahane grew up to be a fine prospect for the Indian cricket team.
