Shoaib Akhtar was one of the fiercest fast bowlers to have played international cricket. He is also in the news for his straightforward takes on cricketing matters. Shoaib recently posted a video on his official 'X' handle and addressed a young lady as the 'female version' of himself.

The 48-year-old is currently in the USA and that is where he met Vinita Khilnani, who is an Indian-US Tiktoker. She posts funny content on various social media platforms. Fans had recently spotted similarities between the facial appearances of her and Shoaib. Vinita subsequently took to Instagram to respond to the opinions of the fans.

Shoaib replied to this tweet, saying that he saw some of Vinita's work and found it hilarious. However, he refused to agree with fans' views of the young woman being his doppelganger.

In the video shared by Shoaib, Vinita can be seen sporting an Australia cricket jersey. The former Pakistan pacer introduces her as the 'culprit' in the hilarious video. He goes on to appreciate Vinita's work and then they do a high-five as the video draws to an end.

India could be the most dangerous side in the World Cup: Shoaib Akhtar

India managed to win the Asia Cup 2023 final last month by annihilating Sri Lanka by 10 wickets after dismissing them for just 50 runs. After this thumping win, Shoaib had said that the 'Men in Blue' could be the most dangerous side in the 2023 ODI World Cup.

"Rohit Sharma’s captaincy has improved. He and the team management have been making great decisions. I did not imagine India beating Sri Lanka in this manner. From here on, India could be the most dangerous side in the World Cup, but I am not writing anybody off because teams from the sub-continent are formidable," Akhtar had said on his YouTube channel.

Rohit's men have started their campaign in the marquee event on a promising note, winning their first two games against Australia and Afghanistan. They face Pakistan on Saturday, October 14.
