The social media was once again abuzz with updates from the cricketing fraternity as several players shared their thoughts with the fans. Sri Lanka batter Kusal Mendis and former cricketers Mahela Jayawardene and Kumar Sangakkara congratulated Pathum Nissanka for becoming the first Sri Lankan batter to score a double hundred in ODIs. Shikhar Dhawan wished all the best to the U19 team for the final of the U-19 World Cup 2024 against Australia.
