Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara's rivalry on the field is always a talking point. The two batting legends entertained fans for over two decades with their remarkable exploits with the bat in hand. And now, years after retirement, they've reignited their rivalry, this time on the golf course.
Tendulkar and Lara were two of the greatest batters of their era, constantly being compared and debated about who was superior. Lara held the records for highest individual scores in Tests and first-class cricket. Conversely, Tendulkar was an all-format run-machine, finishing as international cricket's highest run-scorer with 100 centuries.

This time they contested against each other on the lush greens of a golf course. Tendulkar shared glimpses of the duo's golf session on social media, complete with attacking shots and aerial strikes. He cheekily mentioned they timed their shots alright.
“We played some attacking shots the other day. Took the aerial route, mostly. Timed them alright,” wrote Tendulkar on his Instagram post.
A few days ago as well both were spotted playing golf in a video shared by a celebrity photographer on social media. Apart from spending time on the field, the duo was seen interacting with some fans.
While both the batting greats are often seen on television as experts, while Tendulkar is associated with the Mumbai Indians in the IPL, Lara was previously the head coach of Sunrisers Hyderabad.
