Video of the Day - Champions Trophy 2025: Shreyas Iyer slaps Salman Agha for 102-metre maximum
The majestic shot was hit on the Pakistani all-rounder's first over in the game.
Shreyas Iyer launched a 102-metre maximum in the 31st over of the ongoing clash between India and Pakistan at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on Sunday, February 23.
The player at the receiving end was Salman Agha, who was bowling his first over in the game. A gentle loopy delivery by Agha was taken full advantage of by the middle-order batter, who danced down the track to bludgeon the ball over the deep midwicket for a colossal maximum, ranging a whopping 102 metres.

The maximum took Iyer into his 30s, with Virat Kohli trotting along steadily to steer India closer to the 242-run target. An over later, a statistic was floated around by the broadcasters in relation to Iyer numbers while coming down the track against spinners in ODIs. In the 60 balls he has done so, he was able to score 150 runs, with nine fours and 14 sixes comprising the tally.
