The Boxing Day Test between Australia and India is being played at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The fourth Test is crucial for both the teams as the series is poised at 1-1 with the third Test ending up in a draw. Australia batted first and posted 474 runs on the board and India ended Day 2 at 164/5.
On Day 3 of the MCG Test, the crowd attendance was over 78,000 and the famous F1 Driver Oscar Piastri was spotted at the Boxing Day Test in MCG. He not only attended that game, he was seen driving the Buggy camera around the MCG. For the unversed, Piastri became the fifth Australian to win an F1 Grand Prix. Though he drives for an English company, the McLaren driver expressed taking immense pride in representing the Australian flag.
“I do feel like I represent Australia when I’m driving, it’s a really cool opportunity and next year we’ll have Jack Doohan on the grid so it’s great to have another Aussie," Piastri stated on Fox Cricket.
“Being in a British team it’s good fun there’s a lot of banter when the Ashes are on but it’s really cool to represent the country,” he added.

Speaking of the game, India started Day 3 on a positive note but lost Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja as they walked back scoring 28 and 17 runs. The duo of Nitish Kumar and Washington Sundar saved the team from further trouble as they put in over 120 runs for the eighth wicket. They even took India out of the dreaded follow-on scare and at the end of the 111th over, India are 34/8 and trail by 12 runs as they lost Washington Sundar's wicket off Nathan Lyon's over.
