WATCH: India U19 stars Musheer Khan, Vaibhav Suryavanshi engage in banter ahead of PBKS vs RR clash
Vaibhav Suryavanshi and Musheer Khan are yet to play an IPL match.
Great camaraderie was on display between youngsters Musheer Khan and Vaibhav Suryavanshi as they both shared banter ahead of the upcoming match between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) on Saturday, April 5. The two youngsters are having a great time despite featuring in opposing teams in the tournament.
The Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur in Chandigarh, will be hosting its first game of the season, and both RR and PBKS will feature some promising young players in the mix. Two of the young stars who are yet to play in the tournament are U19 batch of players Musheer Khan and Vaibhav Suryavanshi. The two young batters were recently seen at the venue casually talking. Musheer was seen asking for a bat from the 13-year-old cricketer, to which Suryavanshi gave an iconic reply.
“De raha hai ki nahi tu balla pehle wo bata (Are you giving me the bat or not?),” Musheer asked Suryavanshi, in a video shared by PBKS.
“Dekh lo iss aadmi ko! Sharam nahi hai. Junior player say bat maang raha hai. Dena chahiye bat (Look at him! He has no shame in asking for a bat from his junior when he should be gifting instead.)," Suryavanshi replied.
