[Watch] IPL 2025: Virat Kohli shares hearty laugh on spotting man wearing CSK jersey at his restaurant

Ace Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter, Virat Kohli, burst into laughter after he spotted a person wearing a Chennai Super Kings (CSK) jersey at the Bengaluru outlet of his restaurant chain One8 Commune. The incident occurred near the entrance of the resto-bar, where a team dinner was hosted by Kohli.

Kohli's gaze fell on the person wearing the CSK jersey almost immediately upon entering inside. He jokingly gestured towards the person before leading his team members ahead. The clip of the moment has spread like wildfire on social media. 

Notably, RCB will play their first home game of the ongoing Indian Premier Leeague season against Gujarat Titans at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Wednesday, April 2. Their first two games were against Kolkata Knight Riders and Chennai Super Kings, both away from home. RCB clinched the both the games convincingly, emerging victorious by seven wickets and 50 runs, respectively.

All-rounder Krunal Pandya and skipper Rajat Patidar were awarded the Player of the Match accolades against KKR and CSK for their contributions of 3/29 and 51 (32), respectively. As far as Kohli's performances are concerned, he struck an unbeaten 59 off 36 in the season opener against KKR and followed it with a 31-ball 30 against CSK.

There will understandably be a lot of hype around the former skipper for the remainder of the season. IPL 2025 is Kohli's 18th season with the franchise. The leading run-scorer of the marquee T20 league, Kohli is coming off a decent run in the recently-concluded Champions Trophy 2025. Having retired from T20Is last year, the IPL remains the only platform for him to exhibit his T20 skills.
