Watch: KL Rahul picks Virat Kohli as 'most famous' person in phone contact list
Virat Kohli, Mohammed Siraj, and Sarfaraz Khan also featured in the light-hearted video uploaded by the BCCI's social media team.
In a light-hearted video uploaded by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), KL Rahul was asked to name the most famous person in his contact list. The Karnataka batter had no hesitation in naming his former captain and India teammate Virat Kohli.
Rahul and Kohli are currently in Australia as they are gearing up for the highly-anticipated Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. Ahead of the intense showdown between the two powerhouses of world cricket, BCCI's social media team had some players from the squad getting together for a fun-filled Q&A session to ease the pressure somewhat.
"Who is the most famous person in your contact list?" Without any semblance of doubt in his mind, Rahul said, "Virat Kohli," much to the delight of their common fans.

Rahul and Kohli's friendship goes back a long way. Both the star cricketers shared the dressing room at Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) in 2013. When Kohli became the captain of the Indian team, he used to back the wicketkeeper-batter to the hilt, even during his patches of poor form. This wasn't because of their good camaraderie but the faith the Delhi batter had in Rahul's talent.
Kohli picks Perth century as his favourite knock in Australia
During the same Q&A session, Mohammed Siraj asked Kohli to pick his favourite knock on Australian soil. The 36-year-old picked his mesmerising century in the Perth Test in the 2018-19 Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Kohli stood tall, while his fellow batters couldn't withstand the pressure exerted by the rampaging Aussie bowlers. India lost the match by 146 runs but Kohli's gritty performance earned him a lot of praise.
As Kohli answered questions from BCCI's social media team, both Sarfaraz Khan and Siraj were enthusiastically saying "Legend, legend," showing their deep admiration for one of the greatest batters to have played the sport.
