Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is leaving no stone unturned as he gears up for the upcoming two-match Test series against Bangladesh. However, the captain's recent social media post reveals that there's always room for a bit of fun even in the middle of all the gruelling workouts.

Rohit recently shared a video on his social media platform, showing his intense fitness regimen. The clip features the opener engaged in a demanding exercise, for building core strength and enhancing endurance. However, what sets Rohit apart is his ability to find balance in his rigorous schedule. The opener noted that while he dedicates 99% of his time to these intense workouts, he cherishes the 1% spent in lighthearted moments with close friends.
