Younis now has 9116 runs in his career, from 104* Tests, has an average as good as 53.94 and has also scored 31 hundreds and 30 half-centuries. 6. Pointing is the third Australian batsmen to score 10,000+ Test runs. He is regarded as one of the most exciting shot-makers in the game, we have neither seen someone manage the ball so well and play the pull shot the way he did. On 29 November 2012 the former Test skipper announced that he would retire from Test cricket after the WACA Test against South Africa. 1. Sachin Tendulkar (India) – 15921 Runs: Sachin Tendulkar.
