It is safe to say that the Rajasthan Royals (RR) will be the most affected team if the English players are not going to participate in the second half of IPL 2021. Most of their key players are from England and thus they would need to do a lot of homework before picking their replacements. RR would be without the services of Jos Buttler, Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer, and Liam Livingstone.

Fortunately, RR had already picked Rassie Van Der Dussen as a replacement during the first half of IPL 2021. This means that the Royals need three more replacements. In an ideal scenario, they could pick Glenn Phillips, Kusal Perera, and Beauran Hendricks. Kusal Perera and Glenn Phillips are superb keepers in the shortest format of the game.

Both of them have proved themselves time and again and have shown that they can hit the ball a long way. Coming to Hendricks, he has been fairly good for the Proteas in recent times. He has a lot of variations up his sleeves and can thus be a decent replacement.
