3. Mahendra Singh Dhoni:
India’s captain Cool, also the most successful Indian captain believes in keeping healthy this doesn’t only make him fit but keeps his mind together even in the most pressurised situations of the game. Known for his big hits, Dhoni is a man of strength and of zeal. The wicketkeeper batsman is active on the field for the entire game and has a tendency of working his way by rotating strike and scoring runs with ones and twos. He has a list to his diet which includes, no fats, fresh juice, playing games, protein drinks, variety in meal, his love for milk products and munching of proteins like nuts.
