Jacques Kallis was a prized wicket for the opposition. His all-round capability makes him one of the best all-rounders to have graced the game. Kallis served as South Africa’s most reliable and dependable top order batsman for more than a decade. He played 166 Test matches and scored 13289 runs at an amazing average of 55.37. Kallis has 45 centuries and is second best to Sachin Tendulkar in terms of the number of centuries. He scored his first 150+ score against New Zealand at Bloemfontein, Jacques hit 160 in the first innings. Since then, he has achieved this feat 14 times in his career. His innings of 224 versus Sri Lanka in 2012 is his highest individual score.
