10. Anil Kumble – 56 wickets at Sharjah Cricket Stadium:
Between 1990 and 2000, India played a lot of matches at Sharjah and most of those were against arch rivals Pakistan. Though most of those were dominated by Pakistan due to a flurry of quality bowlers, the legendary leg-spinner from India Anil Kumble was the most prolific bowler for the team in that duration.
He picked up 56 wickets in 40 ODIs at Sharjah and had an amazing economy rate of just 3.94. His best figures of 4/50 came against West Indies in the year 1991. India’s leading wicket-taker in ODIs and Tests in currently serving as the coach of the Indian national side.
